Interview
Candidates who qualify in mains exam will be called for an interview. Interview process is conducted in 100 marks. Candidates have to score 40% for passing the interview stage. For SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates, 35% is the qualifying percentage.

IBPS PO Study Plan for Preliminary/Mains Exam
Preliminary exam has quantitative aptitude, reasoning and English language sections. 35 questions each will be asked from QA section and reasoning section. 30 questions will be asked from English section. It is better to start with previous question papers. Practicing with as many previous year questions, can make you more skillful to do any kind of problem within 30 seconds. Most important question in the exam is to solve data interpretation with bar graphs and circle diagrams. Marks can be scored easily by solving by this set of questions. Percentage, profit and loss, simple interest and compound interest topics, ratio and proportion topics should be covered first as it will be useful for single type questions and data interpretation. BODMAS rules should be understood first for all the calculations. In reasoning, directions test and sitting arrangements are high priority questions.
