IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Salary 2024

They will be first selected for a 6 months training period with a stipend of Rs. 5000/- per month, and then promoted to 2 months Internship Period with a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month. After completion of probationary period and getting selected for the same for Junior Assistant Manager posts, the compensation (CTC) would be between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh for Class A city at the time of joining.
