IDBI Bank is collaborating with the following institutions.

• U-next Manipal Global Education Services Private Limited (UMGES), Bengaluru
• Nitte Education International Pvt. Ltd (NEIPL) Greater Noida

This tie-up is to provide banking and finance training to candidates aspiring to work in IDBI. Together they are offering a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF). IDBI bank is presently inviting applications from young individuals for this 1-year course. The course fee is around Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three lakh only) plus GST, as applicable. This amount must be paid by the students in instalments according to a fixed schedule during the running time of this 1-year programme.

The Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) includes:

• 6 months of classroom studies at the respective campus
• 2 months Internship
• 4 months of OJT (On-Job-Training) at IDBI Bank’s Branches or offices or centres.

Candidates are awarded the PGDBF Diploma after the course. If they complete the internship successfully and fulfil all the eligibility criteria given in the advertisement, then they will be inducted as Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘O’) into IDBI bank.

The selection will be on a best-effort basis. But it will be subject to the following things.
