Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates for the Graduate Engineer Trainee position may be responsible for supporting the following activities:

1. Support the design of core network architecture.

2. Coordinate with device and product teams to develop requirements supporting 4G, 3G, and roaming capabilities.

3. Support 4G, 3G and 2G core operations.

4. Monitor core KPIs and service parameters.

5. Assist in subscriber provisioning flows.

6. Validate authentication and charging systems.

7. Support interconnect and roaming testing.

8. Analyse call flow and signalling issues.

9. Troubleshoot core alarms and outages.

10. Document configurations and changes.

11. Coordinate with RAN and transport teams.

12. Support upgrades and the rollout of new nodes.

Eligibility Criteria
