Kerala PSC has invited applications from HSE qualified candidates below 26 years towards Police Constable in Armed Police Battalion across the state. The Armed Police Battalion Police Constables or the Kerala PSC Civil Police Officer recruitment is a battalion wise selection. Women candidates and differently-abled candidates are ineligible towards this recruitment. Selected Police Constables will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 22,200-Rs.48,000/ in the Kerala Police Service. Interested candidates should apply towards these posts, on or before February 05, 2020. Anybody who wishes to apply for the Police Constable posts should register their candidature with the PSC online portal “thulasi”, to complete the application process. PSC accepts applications only through this application portal.

Kerala PSC Civil Police Officer Eligibility Criteria
1: Which Year First Assembly Election was held in Kerala?
- Age Limit: 18years -26 years. Candidates born between January 02, 1993, and January 01, 2001
(both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. - Education Qualification: Candidates should have passed in Higher Secondary level examination (Plus Two) or its equivalent from any recognized board.
- Physical Qualification:
(i). Height: A minimum of 168cm.
(ii) Chest: A minimum of 81 cm and with a minimum expansion of 5 cm.
- EyeSight:
Vision Right Eye Left Eye
(a) Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen 6/6 Snellen
(b) Near Vision 0.5 Snellen 0.5 Snellen
- Candidates should not have Colour blindness, squint or any morbid conditions of the eye or lids of either eye.
