The selection process consists of a Written Exam and Physical Tests conducted by the service commission. Individuals interested would have applied for the exam before the 5th of February 2020 as it was the last date for application. Kerala PSC Police Constable Syllabus
Kerala Public Service Commission conducts the Written Exam for Police Constable tentatively in the month of June/ July 2020. The written exam shall comprise GK, Arithmetical, Current Events, Vocabulary, Grammatical, and Mental Ability questions. - All tests are qualifying nature
- Women candidates may get relaxations in physical standards
- The physical measurement of candidates will be taken at the time of PET and those who do not have the required physical measurement will not be admitted for the physical efficiency test.
- If accidents or injuries occur to a candidate while the physical efficiency test, she/he will not be given further chance to participate in the test.
- The candidates should produce, a Medical record in original in the form certifying to their physical fitness and eyesight without glasses at the time of PET.
- Each eye should cover a full field of vision.
- Any form of eye defect will be deemed to disqualify the candidate.
- Must be free from apparent physical problems like knock-knee, flat foot, bow legs, Varicose vein, deformed limbs, irregular and protruding tooth, defective speech and hearing.
- The Medical Certificate is mandatory from a Medical Officer under the Government not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon/ Junior Consultant.
