The recruitment to the post of Engineering Assistant Grade III in the Kerala State Construction Corporation Ltd will be carried out by the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) through the following stages:

Written Examination

Eligible SC/ST candidates who apply online will first have to appear for a Written Test conducted by the Kerala PSC.

Kerala PSC Engineering Assistant Grade 3 Eligibility Criteria 2025
This post is reserved for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates only under Direct Recruitment. Applications from others will not be accepted.
- Age Limit: 18–41 years (born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2007). If no eligible candidates are available, the limit can be relaxed up to 50 years maximum.
- Qualification: Must have Civil Engineering Certificate (Kerala Govt.) OR Draftsman Civil (NTC) OR an equivalent/higher qualification recognized by Government. Proof of equivalency must be provided when required.

As per the Kerala PS notification, there are 3 openings for Engineering Assistant Gr III – SC/ST – 01 post and ST only – 02 posts. If more vacancies arise during the validity of the ranked list (1–3 years), they will also be filled from this list. In case no separate ST list is available, these vacancies will be filled from the same list until a fresh ST-only notification is issued.
