1: Which Year First Assembly Election was held in Kerala?
The candidates were interviewed and those who found suitable by the Commission were selected and arranged in the order of merit for recruitment against the NCA vacancies for Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava Community.
The current NCA Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 24th November 2020 and will be valid until the candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies notified due to the paucity of candidates belonging to Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava Community during the currency of the Mother Ranked List published on 20th March 2018 (Cat. No. 386/2013) or three years from the date of publication of this NCA Ranked List whichever is earlier.
No OMR exam was conducted and the selection was through interview. The candidate scoring a total of 68 marks was added to the rank List.

Note:
- The result of the candidate with Interview Serial Number 2 is withheld subject to the Final Judgement of the Hon’ble KAT on OA No.672/2020.
- Any candidate can relinquish his/her right for appointment in writing duly attested by a Gazetted Officer of State/Central Government with signature, name, designation, and office seal along with a notarized affidavit and a self-attested copy of an ID Proof bearing photograph as enlisted in the General conditions.
- Such requests that are received within 15 days from the date of publication of Ranked List on the Official website of the Commission, will be honored against the requisitions of vacancies that are pending with the Commission up to the finalization of Ranked List.
