Kerala PSC Overseer Grade 3 Ranked List 2026 – Validity Period & Guidelines
The Ranked List will remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum of three years, or until a new Ranked List is published, whichever is earlier.
Candidates included in the Ranked List will be advised for appointment based on reservation and rotation rules, as amended from time to time, against vacancies reported during the validity period.
Since appointments depend on the occurrence of vacancies, inclusion in the Ranked List does not guarantee appointment. Candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim for appointment thereafter.
Rechecking, Revaluation & Answer Sheet Printout Details
Rechecking and revaluation are not permitted for the online examination.
Candidates who wish to obtain a printout of their answer sheet must apply through their One Time Registration (OTR) profile on the official website of the Kerala Public Service Commission.

Procedure to Relinquish Claim from Ranked List
Candidates who wish to relinquish (withdraw) their claim for appointment from the Ranked List must submit a prescribed application format to:

The request must be received within 15 days from the date of Ranked List publication to be considered against pending vacancies.
After publication of the Ranked List, relinquishment requests will be considered only if received on or before the date of vacancy receipt for which the candidate is to be advised.
