NPS has announced 19 openings for its 2025 recruiting. Both Grade B (Manager) and Grade A (Assistant Manager) roles are open in these openings.There are 12 General Stream and 1 Risk Management openings under Grade A (Assistant Manager). There are thirteen openings in all.However, under Grade B (Manager), there are four General Stream openings, one Human Resource opening, and one Risk Management opening. That makes six openings in all.

NPS Recruitment Salary 2025, Pay and Allowances
For both Grade B (Manager) and Grade A (Assistant Manager) officers, the NPS provides competitive compensation and benefits. The salary scale for grade B officers is from Rs. 55,200 to Rs. 99,750, with an annual CTC of almost Rs. 35 lakh.The salary range for Grade A officers (Assistant Managers) is between Rs. 44,500 and Rs. 89,150, with an annual CTC of almost Rs. 30 lakh. Both jobs come with a number of benefits, including housing, health insurance, education, and NPS contributions.

Eligibility Criteria

Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager)
- Age: 21 to 30 years

Selection Process
The selection process for these positions is a three-phase procedure:
- Phase I (Online Examination): This consists of one paper for Grade A and Grade B. The test covers topics like General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English Language, and specific subjects related to the streams.
- Phase II (Online Examination): This includes two papers, one for General and specialized streams, such as Risk Management, Human Resources, etc. The candidates must clear each paper to progress to the interview round.
- Phase III (Interview): Shortlisted candidates from Phase II will be invited for an interview. The final selection will be based on marks obtained in Phase II and Phase III, with equal weightage for both.
NPS 2025: Application Fees
The NPS Recruitment 2025 application fee varies by category; applicants in the Unreserved, EWS, and OBC categories must pay ₹1,000; candidates in the SC, ST, PwBD, and Women categories are not needed to pay any fees.
