Selection process for the post of Specialist Officers consists of two stages, which are Written Exam and Personal Interview, aspirants may check the details about each from below.

PNB SO Recruitment 2024 – Nationality/Citizenship

A candidate must be either –

• i. a Citizen of India or
• ii. a subject of Nepal or
• iii. a subject of Bhutan or
• iv. a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
• v. a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

PNB SO Recruitment 2024 – Educational Qualification

Educational Qualification

Officer Credit, Manager Forex, Manager Cyber Security, and Senior Cyber Security candidates must be educated. Below are post-specific educational requirements and preferences.

Officer-Credit

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute (USA),
• or a Full-time post-graduate degree in Management (MBA/PGDM/equivalent) with Finance specialization from a government-approved institute/college/university with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade is required.

Manager-Forex

• Complete a full-time MBA
• or Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a Finance/International Business specialization from a government-approved institute/college/university with a least 60% grade.

Manager-Cyber Security

• Applicants must have a full-time B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science,
• Information Technology,
• Electronics and Communications Engineering, or M.C.A. from a government-approved institute/college/university with a least 60 percent or equivalent grade.

Senior Manager-Cyber Security

• A full-time degree in B.E./B.
• Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE or M.C.A. from a government-approved institute/college/university with a least 60% marks or equivalent grade is required.
