The biggest employer of India, the Indian Railways recruits thousands every year through open recruitments. Today, there are 21 Railway Recruitment Boards(RRBS) are present across India to facilitate smooth recruitment drive. For the last couple of years, more than 95% of railway recruitment tests are conducting through online mode only. Every year railway conducts recruitment tests for different categories like RRB NTPC, RRB JE, RRB ALP & Technician, RRC Group D, RRB Paramedical, RRB ministerial posts, etc. The number of applicants against each vacant posts is more than 1000. Discrepancy and fairness along with meticulous planning to ensure the integrity of these recruitment tests RRB’s requires recruitment agencies. On the backdrop of recent question paper leakage RRB has decided to find a new flawless testing agency. This decision forced to postpone the RRB NTPC & RRC Group-D examinations.
Railway Recruitment Boards conducts Computer-Based Tests(CBTs) in 15 languages
namely Hindi, English, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Marathi,
Manipuri, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. Due to the public uproar on question paper leakage in RRB JE examinations, the recruitment board has decided to invite bids from prospective testing agencies. The RRB NTPC & RRC Group-D Stage-01 CBT’s will be scheduled only after the selection of the new testing agency.

- Candidates have to attend different Stage 02 examinations for each pay levels.
- Negative marking is present in both stages of the examination(1/3 marks for each wrong answer)

RRC Group-D
Unlike other RRB examinations Level 01 selection process have only single-stage Computer Based Test(CBT). Those who can score more than 40%(UR) in this CBT will get selected for the Physical Efficiency Test(PET). Successful candidates from PET will get admit card for the final stage of the selection process, the medical examination & document verification.
