The State Bank of India (SBI) has invited applications from experienced banking employees towards the SBI Circle Based officers (CBO) positions. This year SBI is recruiting 5280 candidates towards the banking sector. Once appointed the candidate will be under probation for 6 months. After this 06 months of the probation period, candidates will get appointed in the Junior Management Scale with basic pay of Rs. 36000/. SBI CBO In-hand Salary 2023
As per the official SBI CBO Notification 2023, the initial salary of a “Circle Based Officers” (CBOs) will be in the scale of JMGS-I (36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2- 49910-1990/7-63840), at the start of the scale i.e. Rs. 36,000/- plus one increment for each completed year of service rendered in officer cadre in the Scheduled Commercial Bank and Regional Rural Bank.
The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/ Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.

Any SBI employee will get the following perks along with their basic pay and other allowances;
- Contribution Pension Scheme/ New Pension Scheme.
- Medical Aid for self (100%) and family (75%).
- LTC- Leave Travel Concession.
- Home Travel Concession/ Leave Fare Concession.
- Concessional interest rates for Housing/ Car/ Personal Loans.
