Aspirants who are preparing for the bank exams, here is good news for you. The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the notifications for the recruitment to the post Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO). Interested candidates can apply on the official website of SBI. It is a golden opportunity for eligible bank exam aspirants. The recruitment process takes place to fill up 48 Assistant Manager posts, out of which 15 are for Assistant Manager (Network Security Specialist) and 33 are for Assistant Manager (Routing and Switching). The recruitment takes place on the basis of an online written exam with two phases and an interview. The applicants have to pay an amount of Rs. 750 for the SBI SCO application and there aren’t any fee relaxations for any categories.
The open application for SBI SCO recruitment 2022 started on 5 February 2022 and the applications can be submitted till 25 February 2022.

SBI SCO Exam Pattern 2022
1: What does the acronym "ATM" stand for in banking?
The applicants of the SBI SCO are shortlisted through the online exam and an interview. In the first stage of selection, i.e., the online written exam has two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2.
Paper 1 has objective-type questions. This paper covers the topics such as Reasoning (50 questions), Quantitative Aptitude (35 questions), and English (35 questions). Each question in the Paper 1 carries one mark. ¼ marks will get deducted for every wrong answer. The time duration for Paper 1 is 90 minutes. The candidates will be ranked based on their marks, and they will be shortlisted for the next round of online written exam, Paper 2.
Paper 2 will be the second round of the online exam. The questions will be based on Professional Knowledge. 50 questions are asked in this paper. Each correct answer will be carrying 2 marks. The candidates have 45 minutes for Paper 2. The candidates are again shortlisted after the second round for the next stage of the selection process, the interview. In interviews, the candidates have to score minimum marks in order to be eligible for the posts. The maximum mark of the interview is 25.

SBI SCO Vacancy 2022
The vacancies have also been released along with the SBI SCO notifications. There is a total of 48 vacancies for the Assistant Manager post in the bank. Out of 48, 15 are vacancies in Assistant Manager (Network Security Specialist) post. In the 15 vacancies, 2 are for the SC, 1 for ST, 3 for OBCs, 1 for EWS, and the remaining 8 are for the General category. The Assistant Manager (Routing and Switching) has 33 vacancies. Among 33 vacancies, 5 are for SC, 2 for ST, 8 for OBCs, 3 for EWS, and 15 for General.
