The SIDBI Grade A examination 2022 is an objective-type paper with a time duration of 120 minutes for 160 questions. Every section has a fixed number of questions with fixed marks. Descriptive Test

The Descriptive Test comprises two Essays on Banking and Social Issues in India and one Business Letter Writing. It is mandatory to attempt all three questions. Your Descriptive Paper will only be evaluated if you qualify in the Objective tests. The ratio of aspirants for evaluation of Descriptive English Paper will be subject to the number of vacancies. The SIDBI Group A 2022 Descriptive English is of 50 marks with a time limit of 60 minutes. This paper will be in English only and you are required to answer by computer typing.

Interview

If you make it to the SIDBI Grade Assistant manager merit list, based on the minimum cut-off marks decided by the Bank, you will be called for an interview. The SIDBI Grade ‘A’ interview will be held at 10 centers as decided by the bank. You need to indicate your preferred center for the SIDBI Assistant Manager interview in the online application form. You need to carry all the documents as asked by the bank. Non-submission of documents at the time of interview will debar your candidature from further participation in the SIDBI Group Assistant Manager recruitment notification 2022 process.

Marking Scheme

There will be a penalty for every wrong answer that you mark in the SIDBI Group A exam paper. .25 of the marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
