SSC GD Constable Previous Question Papers 2025: The Staff Selection Commission conducts the SSC GD Constable recruitment to hire eligible male and female candidates from across India to various central government uniform services. The central services which use SSC GD Constable recruitment are Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), National Investigation Agency (NIA), Assam Rifles, and Secretariat Security Force (SSF).
The GD Constable recruitment process will consist of Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Medical Examination and Document Verification. While the Constable positions in Secretariat Security Force will be filled on an all Indian basis whereas vacancies in all other CAPFs will be filled as per the vacancies available in various States. SSC GD Constable Previous Year Questions
Through the annual SSC GD Constable recruitment, the commission hires candidates for various uniform services under the Home Affairs ministry. The Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), National Investigation Agency (NIA), Assam Rifles, and Secretariat Security Force (SSF) uses this recruitment to find their best candidates. Based on the candidate’s performance and their preference they can land in any of these services as a General Duty Constable.
The commission conducts computer-based exams followed by physical tests and medical exams. The questions in the test will be of Matriculation level and will be available in both English and Hindi as candidates choices. With one mark for each correct answer, there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong ones. Based on the candidate’s performance in the test, they will be shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test. Once selected candidates will be placed on any of the 05 Central uniform Services in General Duty Constable rank with Pay Level-3 and pay band of Rs 21700-69100.
