Recently, the Government of Telangana, Department of School Education will release TS TET Notification 2021 on its official website. With the release of notification, the Department of School Education, Telangana officials are going to conduct TS TET Exam 2021 to appoint candidates as a teacher (a primary school teacher and secondary school teacher) for Classes I to VIII.

TS TET Eligibility Criteria for Primary Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage

• Contenders who want to be Primary Teachers should meet either of the below criteria to apply for TS TET 2021 Notification.
• Candidates should have passed the Class XII or its equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks and at least 45% aggregate marks for SC/ OBC/ ST/Ph.D. aspirants)
• Candidates should have passed a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B El Ed)/ 2-year diploma in elementary education/ 2-year diploma in education (special education) or
• Candidates should have passed Intermediate or its equivalent with at least 45% aggregate marks and at least 40% aggregate marks for SC/ OBC/ ST/Ph.D. aspirants)
• Candidates should have passed a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B El Ed)/ 2-year diploma in elementary education/ 2-year diploma in education (special education)

TS TET Eligibility Criteria for Elementary School Teacher (Classes VI-VIII): Elementary Stage

• Aspirants should have passed B.Com/ B.A/ B.Sc with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and a minimum of 45% aggregate marks for ST/ SC/ OBC/Ph.D. aspirants)
• Aspirants should have passed Bachelor of Education degree (B.Ed) course or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed Special Education) (or)
• Aspirants should have passed B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (a minimum of 40% aggregate marks for ST/ SC/ OBC/Ph.D. aspirants)
• Aspirants should have passed a Bachelor of Education degree (B.Ed) course or a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed Special Education). It may be noted that this eligibility criterion is valid only for aspirants who have completed or were admitted to the B.Ed course before the issue of TS TET Notification 2021 (or)
• Aspirants should have passed a 4-year B.Sc.Ed/ B.A.Ed course with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and a minimum of 45% aggregate marks for ST/ SC/ OBC/Ph.D. aspirants) (or)
• Aspirants should have passed Graduation with Language concerned as one of the optional subjects/ Graduation in Literature/ Bachelor of Oriental Language (or its equivalent)/ Post Graduation with Language related to one of the optional subjects
• Aspirants must also have a training certificate of Language Pandit or pass B.Ed with Language related to (Applicable for only language teachers) one of the methodologies
• Aspirants attending the final year of B.Ed Exams/ Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)

TS TET Age Limit 2021

Aspirants who are willing to apply for the TS TET Exam 2021 should meet the age criteria. The category-wise age limit is as follows.

• • For General Category Aspirants: Minimum Age – 18 years and Maximum Age – 35 years
  • For Reserved Category Aspirants: Relaxation in Upper Age limit will apply according to terms and conditions

TS TET Application Form 2021

The candidate must register by going to the official website. The candidate must have a valid and unique email id and phone number. The candidate must have a scanned photo and signature with a white background in JPEG or JPG size. The face must be shown clearly.

The candidate must also have all the necessary documents scanned to upload if required. The candidate must be careful about submitting the application form as the details cannot be changed later. After submitting the candidate is required to pay an amount towards the TS TET registration after which the application form will be submitted.

How to apply for the TS TET Exam 2021 ?

The mode to apply for the exam is online through the official website. The steps are as follows:

• Step 1: Candidates should go through the Information bulletin on the website thoroughly
• Step 2: The candidates must pay an amount towards the registration for Paper 1 or Paper 2 or Both
• Step 3: The candidates must upload their passport size photo along with their signature under it in JPEG format or JPG format of file size 50 kb. The photograph must be of size 4.5 cms X 3.5 cms

Registration Fee: The candidate must pay INR 200 towards TS TET registration. This holds for all candidates and is no different for the SC/ST/OBC/Differently-abled candidates.
