Fireman Age Limit
The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum limit is 26 years. Candidates born between January 02, 1993, and January 01, 2001 (both dates included) are eligible for this post. The age relaxation according to the government norms is applicable.

Educational Qualification
Candidates should have passed the Plus Two/ Higher Secondary School from any recognized board of education or equivalent. A Diploma in Computer Application is preferential.
Kerala PSC Fireman’s salary ranges from Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 45,800/. Other benefits like HRA, DA, TA, etc will be given addition to the basic pay.

1: Which Year First Assembly Election was held in Kerala?
Kerala PSC has recently published the exam calendar for May 2020. The Fireman Trainee ( Category No: 359/ 2019) for the Fire and Rescue Services department exam is scheduled for May 2020. The written exam is scheduled for May 09, 2020, Saturday. All applicants can submit their confirmation for writing the exam from February 21, 2020, onwards. Candidates who wish to appear for the exam should submit the confirmation on or before March 11, 2020.
