Canara Bank PO Cut Off 2021
The Canara Bank assigns a cut off for the Canara Bank PO exam every year. It is solely based on the number of vacancies, the number of candidates who attended the exam etc. The Canara Bank will decide the minimum cutoff marks for each of the four sections in the online test and also the overall cut off from the candidates who attended the exam. The candidates ranked higher in the merit list based on the cut off will be shortlisted for the Group Discussion round and Interview. It will be done in the ratio of 1:3, which means that one of every three candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of vacancies available.
The overall marks are 50 for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The Online Exam carries 50 marks. The bank has allotted 50:20:30 marks for the Online Test, Group Discussion and Interview respectively. The cutoff varies slightly for the general category and the reserved category (SC / ST/ OBC / PWBD ) candidates. The cutoffs for Group Discussion and Interview is less than 40% and less than 35% for the general category and reserved category (SC / ST/ OBC / PWBD ) candidates.
GD and Interview Call
The candidates who have been shortlisted for the main exam will be called for a Group Discussion followed by an Interview. They will get the information regarding their selection process. The date, time and venue will be instructed therein. The candidates who have been shortlisted will be told to check the official website for details regarding the documents they are to carry to the venue of GD and the Interview. An intimation will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID by the officials.
The candidates must make sure that their registered email ID’s are active and that they don’t miss out on any notifications from the company until the recruitment process is over. Make sure you are updated.
Documents Required for GD and Interview
The candidates have to bring the original of all the below-mentioned documents along with a self-attested copy of each. These documents are mandatory. If in case you don’t produce them, you won’t be allowed to take part in the GD and Interview.

- Proof of DOB along with the proof of certificate if age relaxation is applicable to the candidate
