According to the latest survey by Investopedia, the global investment website, India stands 5th  in the tally of countries in terms of GDP to date, with a nominal GDP of $2.94 trillion only with a slight variation in comparison with  Germany which stands 4th in the list with a nominal GDP of $3.86 trillion. India has become the fifth-largest economy in 2019, overtaking the United Kingdom and France. The country ranks third when GDP is compared in terms of purchasing power parity at $11.33 trillion.  This impressive performance by India is due to her higher young population, contributing to the working population and hence in turn to the development of the country. It is estimated that 50% of India’s population is below 25 yrs while 65% is below 35 yrs old. These figures seem to be impressive in the outlook of GDP and global development,  but not so impressive in the viewpoint of employment.

With the high spike in the population of the working group, the demand for Government jobs has also increased in the past 5-6 years mainly because of the financial stability and social status it provides. The number of candidates appearing for Government exams has almost doubled in this time period, resulting in high competition. Changing exam pattern, fluctuating cutoffs has made most of the aspirants spent an average of   2-3 yrs in exam preparation.

But, once analysed the high competition is not the only reason for aspirants failing in exams, but sometimes candidates are not able to figure out the exam or the job profile that suits them best.

Which is the easiest competitive exam in India? In this article, we are giving you an idea about the top 10 easiest Competitive exams in India that can help you secure a job in the public sector.
