According to the latest official post in the web portal of Indbank, online applications are invited for the recruitment of candidates to various posts including the posts of Merchant Banker, Research Analysts, System Officer, SO Dealer and SO Trainee. However, the recruitment to all of the above mentioned posts is purely on contract basis. The recruitment to the posts will be based on Interview of the selected candidates. Educational Qualification
Merchant Banker
All the candidates applying for this post must hold a Post Graduate degree in any discipline. Or an MBA in Finance. However, CA is also preferable.
Research Analyst
All the candidates applying for this post must hold a Post Graduate degree in any discipline. Further, an NISM- Research Analyst Certification is also necessary.
System Officer
All the candidates applying for this post must hold a Graduation in Engineering (4 years)/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics &Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation OR b) Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication / Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation / Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications OR c) Graduate having passed DOEACC B level.
SO Dealer
Graduate with NISM / NCFM qualification.

Selection Process
The selection to various posts will be based on an Interview round. However, candidates will be called for Interview only after the screening committee sorts the eligible applicants from the whole lot of applications.
