Kerala Dewaswom LDC 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the KDRB LDC post, candidates must have successfully completed SSLC or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
Skills & Desirable Qualification
Applicants should possess basic computer knowledge, which will be considered an added advantage during the selection process.
Age Limit
Candidates applying for the post should be aged between 18 and 36 years, i.e., born between January 2, 1989, and January 1, 2007 (both dates inclusive).
Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and other eligible categories as per the government rules.

The recruitment for the KDRB Lower Division Clerk (LDC) post will be carried out through a multi-stage selection process:

- In the homepage click on Apply Online to complete one time registration process.
- Then log in with your username and password.

Kerala Devaswom Board LDC Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay the application fee through the prescribed mode mentioned in the notification. Please note that the application fee, once paid, is non-refundable. Applicants claiming fee exemption must hold a valid certificate for their respective category, which should be valid as of the last date of online application submission. Applications submitted without the application fee will be rejected without any prior notice, even if the application form is complete.

Note that the following documents must be kept handy and will be required to fill out the application form.
- Scanned copy of the recent photograph
- Income Certificate
- SSLC equivalent Certificate/ ADHAAR Card
- Hindu Unreserved Community Certificate
- Caste/ Domicile Certificate if needed
- Scanned Copy of ID Proof

Other Guidelines – Kerala Devaswom LDC Recruitment 2025
Age Relaxation:
Candidates above 55 years who have completed at least one year of temporary/daily wage service in Devaswom institutions are eligible for age relaxation, subject to valid service certificate verification.
Experience Marks:
Applicants with previous service in Devaswom institutions will get 1 mark per completed year, up to 10 marks. A valid service certificate must be attached with the application.
EWS Reservation:
10% reservation is available for eligible Hindu candidates under the EWS category as per G.O.(P) No.79/2019/RD. Valid EWS certificates issued by the Village Officer must be submitted.
High Court Verdicts:
This recruitment is subject to the outcome of C.A No. 4670/2023 and related cases from the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala.
EWS Eligibility:
- No permanent job in Govt/PSU/Co-ops.
- Monthly family income below ₹25,000.
- Must meet land/asset ownership criteria.
- Certificate must be issued by the Village Officer.
Service Certificate Submission:
Temporary staff must upload a certificate from the head of the institution detailing post, duration, duty nature, and salary details.
