1. Written Test:

• The selection of candidates for the posts under this notification will begin with a written test conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC).
• The written test assesses the candidate’s knowledge and suitability for the post.

2. Ranked List and Validity:

• Candidates who qualify in the selection process will be included in a Ranked List published by the Commission.
• This Ranked List will remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years, provided a new Ranked List is not published after the expiry of one year.
• Candidates will be advised for appointment from this list against anticipated vacancies reported to the Commission during the validity period of the list.

3. Cancellation of Appointment Advice:

• The Commission has the authority to cancel the advice for appointment if it is found that the advice was issued under a mistake.
• In such cases, the Appointing Authority shall terminate the service of the candidate.
• Cancellation of advice and termination of service must occur within the period of probation or within 240 days from the date of joining duty, whichever is earlier.

4. Reservation for Differently Abled Candidates:

• 4% of the total vacancies reported are reserved for eligible Differently Abled candidates.
• The disabilities and eligibility criteria are as per G.O.(P) No.5/2023/SJD dated 01.10.2023.

5. Appointment:

• Appointments are made strictly based on the Ranked List and subject to verification of eligibility, qualifications, and other prescribed conditions.
