Kerala PSC Accountant Grade 2 Eligibility Crieteria 2025
Mode of Selection: Direct recruitment.
Age Requirements:
- Eligible candidates must be 18–36 years old (born 02.01.1989 – 01.01.2007).
- Relaxation for OBC/SC/ST applies as per standard rules.
- Provisional Hands: Up to 5 years relaxation based on service, valid only if they were within age limit at first appointment. Certificate of provisional service and confirmation of non-regular status is mandatory. Consideration based on provisional service is limited to vacancies in the organization where service was rendered. Regular employees cannot claim this relaxation.

Educational Requirements:
- Must have a B.Com degree from a recognized university.
- Rule 10(a) ii of Part II of KS&SSR applies.
- Ranked lists may be used for similar posts in other companies/corporations/boards with the same qualifications.
- Equivalent or higher qualifications recognized by the government are valid. Copies of relevant government orders must be provided when requested.

- Selection starts with a written test conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission.
- Candidates who qualify are placed in a Ranked List, which remains valid for 1 to 3 years unless a new Ranked List is published after one year. Appointments will be made from this list against reported vacancies.
- The Commission can revoke appointment advice if it was issued in error. Termination of service by the Appointing Authority must occur within probation or 240 days from joining, whichever is earlier.
- 4% of total vacancies are reserved for Differently Abled candidates as specified in G.O.(P) No.5/2023/SJD dated 01.10.2023.
- Appointments are strictly based on the Ranked List and verification of all eligibility conditions.
Application Process for Kerala PSC Accountant Grade 2 Recruitment 2025
- Complete One Time Registration (OTR) at www.keralapsc.gov.in. Log in using User-ID and Password if already registered.
- Click “Apply Now” in the Notification link. Upload a recent photo (within 6 months) with name and date; photo remains valid for 10 years.
- No application fee required.
- Ensure all information is correct; applications cannot be deleted or changed after submission. Keep a printout or soft copy.
- Link Aadhaar Card as ID proof if available.
- Submit confirmation for exams via profile to download Admission Tickets; failure to do so leads to rejection.
- Produce original documents for qualification, age, experience, community, etc., when called.
- Exemptions in General Conditions sub-paras and selection rules apply as per the concerned organization.
Kerala PSC Accountant Grade 2 Pay Scale 2025
The salary for selected candidates will be as per the pay scale specified by the government-owned company, corporation, or board in which they are appointed. All allowances and benefits will be provided according to organizational rules.
