Candidates who have complaints regarding the provisional answer key of OMR examinations must submit them online only through their OTR (One Time Registration) Profile. Complaints should be filed within 5 days from the date of publication of the provisional answer key (both days included).
The Kerala PSC will review all valid complaints with the help of subject experts. Based on the experts’ opinion, the final answer key will be published in the PSC Bulletin and on the official website. Complaints submitted after the publication of the final answer key will not be considered.

- Log in to your Kerala PSC OTR Profile
- Go to the Answer Key Complaint section
- Select the relevant examination and question number
- Enter the reason/justification for the complaint clearly
- Upload supporting documents (if required)
- Submit the complaint within 5 days of provisional answer key publication
