All such requests will be denied. If the candidate was involved in the Short List/Ranked List, his Register Number/Name would be removed from the said list. In fact, such an aspirant got an appointment to the post, his Proposal for appointment would be removed by the Commission and he will be dismissed from service by the appointment administration.

7. How many years will a Ranked List issued by the Commission be active?

The Ranked Lists issued by the Commission remain in power for a period of one year of the date on which it was produced into force given that the said list will remain to be in force till the announcement of a fresh list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is first.

8. How are the ranks of competitors in a selection assigned while examining the Ranked List affected?

The Ranks are selected based on the descending line of total marks obtained in the W/T and interview by each applicant. If more extended than one applicant obtains equal value, then the respective Rank position of such applicants are selected in the descending line of their age. If the age is also the same, then their names are provided in the Ranked List alphabetically.

10. Will the Commission allow a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate published before a period of 3 months?

Yes. The Commission accepts the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate published at any moment.
