Kerala PSC published Assistant Kannada Translator Grade II Shortlist 2023. the Shortlist containing the register numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview, subject to the verification of the Original documents, for selection to the post of Assistant Kannada Translator Gr.II – STATEWIDE (Category No. 482/2020) in Law Department-Kerala Govt. Secretariat on the basis of the DESCRIPTIVE EXAMINATION held on February 7, 2023, for a salary range of RS 26500-56700. The list has been prepared by including the number of candidates who have secured top marks in the Descriptive exam based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage. The Main List of this shortlist includes 11 individuals who received the highest scores in the Descriptive examination. The final candidate on the Main List had a score of 60.75 (sixty (point) seven five). A sufficient number of candidates from lower mark ranges in the order of merit of the candidates belonging to such classes are included in the necessary supplementary list in order to satisfy the rules of reservation of appointment to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and other reserved category, (if any). Candidates on the Short List are required to physically present and produce the original papers for One Time Verification.Date, time, and location of the OTR Verification will be made public soon. Candidates on the Short List who are eligible for reservations must present a Non Creamy Layer Certificate, Community Certificate, or EWS certificate issued by the Revenue Authority. They must also present these documents in person when the other original documents are being verified.

- Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
- The list has been prepared by including the number of candidates who have secured top marks in the Descriptive exam based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage
- 11(Eleven) candidates who have secured top most marks in the Descriptive examination are included in the Main List of this shortlist . The marks secured by the last candidate in the Main List is 60.75 ( sixty (point) seven five ). For the purpose of satisfying the rules of reservation of appointment to Scheduled Castes, ScheduledTribes, Other Backward Classes (and other reserved category if any) necessary supplementary list is prepared by including sufficient numbers of candidates from lower mark ranges in the order of merit of the candidates belonging to such classes
- Candidates included in the Short List should present and produce in person the original documents for One Time Verification.Date,time and Venue of OTR Verification will be published shortly.
- According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
- Candidates included in the Short List ,eligible for reservation are required to produce Non Creamy LayerCertificate / Community Certificate/EWS certificate issued by the Revenue authority and shall produce the same in person along with the other documents at the time of verification of original documents
- Copy of answer scripts of the Descriptive Test held on 07-02-2023 will be issued to those candidates who, apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List. No Candidates are invalidated for the post.
