1: Which Year First Assembly Election was held in Kerala?
The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has released the shortlist of candidates who have been provisionally selected for the post of Cook in 2024. The list was officially released on April 02, 2024. The shortlist contains the Register Numbers of candidates who have been found eligible to be included in the Ranked list, subject to the verification of their original documents. The Ranked list will be prepared based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the OMR test held on December 15, 2024. The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way, indicate their respective rank on the basis of the OMR test.
Candidates who have been shortlisted are advised to get their original documents verified by the KPSC authorities as soon as possible. It is a mandatory step for the final selection process. The KPSC will announce the final Ranked list of candidates who have successfully cleared all stages of the selection process on their website.

Kerala PSC Cook Rank List 2024: Points to Remember
- Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Probability List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
- The list has been prepared by including all eligible and qualified candidates who have attended the OMR Test.
- Candidates included in the Probability List should present and produce in person the original documents for One Time Verification. Date,time and Venue of OTR Verification will be published shortly.
- According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is no allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
- Candidates included in the Probability List are required to produce Non creamy layer Certificate issued by the Revenue authority at the time of OTR Verification.
- Copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 15-12-2023 will be issued to those candidates who, apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List. No answer scripts are invalidated for the post vide Notification No :ER II-3/2/2024-KPSC dtd 28/02/2024.
