Age Limit

Candidates must be between 19 and 44 years of age (born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2006). Usual age relaxations apply to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Communities as per Kerala PSC rules. Qualifications

• Mandatory: Pass in SSLC or equivalent.
• Trade Certificate & Experience Options:
• National Trade Certificate in the relevant trade with 3 years of post-certificate experience, or

• • National Apprenticeship Certificate with 1 year of experience, or

  • Diploma in the appropriate engineering branch from a Government or recognized polytechnic or equivalent qualification.

Experience

• Experience as a Workshop Attender in the trade is considered valid.
• Candidates from SC/ST and Differently Abled (Low Vision) categories are exempted from the experience requirement with a valid medical certificate.
• The experience certificate must be in the prescribed format and uploaded with application details.
• Bogus certificates will lead to disqualification and legal action.

Equivalent Qualifications

The Commission accepts equivalent or higher qualifications recognized by Government orders or Executive Orders. Candidates must produce supporting documents when requested.
