Visit the KPSC Official Website: Go to www.keralapsc.gov.in.

Click on the ‘Shortlist’ Tab: On the homepage, you will find the ‘Shortlist’ tab. Click on it.

Select the Course: From the available options, select the course for which you want to download the Short List

Download the Short List: After selecting the course, click on the download link to access the Short List.

Check the Short List: Open the downloaded file to check your Register Number and other details.

A total of 484 candidates who secured the highest marks in the OMR examination are included in the Main List of the Short List. The mark secured by the last candidate in the Main List is 95.66 (Ninety-five point six six).
To fulfill the reservation requirements for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Differently Abled candidates, supplementary lists have been prepared. These lists include additional candidates from lower mark ranges, based on the merit order within each reserved category.

Provisional Inclusion: The inclusion of Register Numbers in this Short List is purely provisional, subject to the scrutiny and admission of applications on an absolute basis. Being included in the Short List does not guarantee inclusion in the Ranked List.

Preparation of Short List: The Short List has been prepared based on the eligibility and qualifications of candidates who have secured the top marks in the OMR Test, according to the details provided by the candidates in their application. Claims made after the submission of the application will not be entertained.

Main List and Supplementary List: A total of 484 candidates, who secured the highest marks in the OMR examination, are included in the Main List of this Short List. The last candidate in the Main List scored 95.66 marks. For the purpose of reservation, a supplementary list has been prepared to include candidates from reserved categories, ensuring adequate representation as per the rules.

Document Verification: Candidates included in the Short List must present themselves for the One Time Verification (OTR) and produce original documents. The date, time, and venue for OTR verification and interviews will be published shortly.

Failure to Produce Documents: If a candidate fails to produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit or if the application is found to be defective, their Register Number will be removed from the Short List without further notice.

Candidates claiming reservation under Other Backward Classes (OBC) must produce a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per the relevant Government Orders.

SC/ST candidates must produce a Community Certificate issued by the Revenue Authority in the prescribed format.

Candidates claiming Economically Weaker Section (EWS) reservation must produce an EWS Certificate as per the prescribed guidelines.

Revaluation and Rechecking: Revaluation of answer scripts is not permitted. However, candidates can request a recheck of their answer scripts after the publication of the Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be provided in the Ranked List notification.

Copy of Answer Scripts: Candidates who attended both papers of the OMR Test on 09-11-2024 can apply for a copy of their answer scripts after the publication of the Ranked List. The prescribed fee must be remitted for this request. Please note that OMR sheets that are invalidated due to any defects will not be issued.
