The Kerala PSC has published the preliminary rank list for Matron Grade I post. The list will be formally updated on April 15, 2024. All candidates who appeared for the OMR exam held on 14/10/2023,11/11/2023,25/11/2023,09/12/2023 and 20/01/2024 may obtain the provisional list by visiting the Kerala Public Service Commission website at keralapsc.gov.in or by viewing the Krala PSC Matron Shortlist PDF 2024 below.
As per the latest result PDF, 50+ candidates who have secured top most marks in the OMR examination are included in the Main List of this Short List. The marks secured by the last candidate in the Main List is 85.18 for the purpose of satisfying the rules of reservation of appointment to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes necessary supplementary list is prepared by including sufficient numbers of candidates from lower mark ranges in the order of merit of the candidates belonging to such classes.
The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way, indicate their respective rank on the basis of the said test. Matron Shortlist 2024 was announced by Kerala Public Service Commission. The final candidate on the Main List earned 85.18 out of a possible thirty-eight possible points. In order to comply with the regulations governing the reservation of appointments to members of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes, a necessary supplementary list is created by selecting a sufficient number of candidates from lower mark ranges in the order of merit of the candidates from such classes. The Provisional List is available on the official website of the Kerala Public Service Commission for eligible candidates to download in PDF format. Kerala PSC Matron Shortlist 2024: Points to be Noted
- Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate for
inclusion in the Ranked List. - The short list has been prepared by including the number of candidates who have secured top marks in the OMR Test based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.
- 10 (Ten) candidates who have secured top most marks in the OMR examination are included in the Main List of this Short List. The marks secured by the last candidate in the Main List is 28.00( twenty eight(point)zero ) For the purpose of satisfying the rules of reservation of appointment to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes necessary supplementary list is prepared by including sufficient numbers of candidates from lower mark ranges in the order of merit of the candidates belonging to such classes.
- Candidates included in the Short List should present and produce in person the original documents for One Time Verification. Date,time and Venue of OTR Verification will be published in due course.
- According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
- Candidates included in the Short List are required to produce NCLC/ Community Certificate issued by the Revenue authority at the time of OTR Verification.
- The register number of those candidates who do not produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit and whose applications found otherwise defective will be deleted from the Short List without further notice.
- Copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 11-05-2023 will be issued to those candidates who, apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer to Notification No :ERII(1)3283/2023/EW Dated,12.09.2023
