PSC Medical Officer Shortlist 2023: Cut Off
The Short List includes the top 12 candidates who scored the highest marks in the Online Examination. The last candidate on the Main List scored 33.33 marks. To comply with the reservation rules for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and other reserved categories (if any), a Supplementary list will be prepared. This list will include enough candidates from lower mark ranges in order of merit belonging to these classes. The OTR Verification date, time, and location will be made public soon.

Kerala PSC Medical Officer Shortlist 2023: Instructions to Candidates
- Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
- 12 ( Twelve ) candidates who have secured topmost marks in the Online Examination are included in the Main List of this Short List. The marks secured by the last candidate in the Main List is 33.33. For the purpose of satisfying the rules of reservation of appointment to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes (and other reserved categories if any ) necessary Supplementary list is prepared by including sufficient numbers of candidates from lower mark ranges in the order of merit of the candidates belonging to such classes.
- Candidates included in the Short List should be present in person and produce the original documents for OTR Verification. Date,time and Venue of OTR Verification will be published shortly.
- Candidates included in the Short List ,eligible for reservation are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P) No. 81/09/SC/ST/DD dated 26.09.2009 l Community Certificate issued by the Revenue authority / EWS Certificate as per G.O. (MS)No :02/2020/P&ARD dated 12/02/2020 and shall produce the same along with the other documents at the time of verification of original documents.
- For Online Examination, rechecking and revaluation are not allowed but printout of answer sheets will be issued to those candidates who apply for it by remitting the prescribed fee after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be furnished in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
