Here are the important guidelines and instructions related to the Kerala PSC Office Attendant Shortlist 2025. Candidates are advised to read them carefully before attending document verification.
Provisional Inclusion
- Inclusion of Register Numbers in the Probability List is purely provisional.
- Final inclusion in the Ranked List is subject to application scrutiny and original document verification.
Basis of Shortlist
- The list is prepared based on the top scores in the OMR Test
- Only candidates who scored the highest marks are included in the main list.
Application Authenticity
- The list is based solely on the details provided in the application.
- Candidates with any degree are ineligible as per the Gazette Notification.
- If such qualifications are found later, applications will be rejected at any stage.
Main List & Cutoff Marks
- A total of 735 candidates are included in the Main List.
- Cutoff mark for the Main List is 83.33.
- Supplementary Lists are prepared to satisfy reservation norms for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, etc.
One Time Verification (OTV)
- Shortlisted candidates must attend OTV with original documents.
- Date, time, and venue will be notified via profile message and SMS.
Disqualification Criteria

Candidates failing to produce documents or found with defective applications will be removed from the list without further notice.
Rechecking of Answer Scripts
- Revaluation is not allowed.
- Answer scripts can be rechecked after the Ranked List is published.
- Detailed instructions will be shared with the Ranked List.
Reservation Certificate Requirements
- OBC candidates must submit Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.
- SC/ST candidates must produce Community Certificate from the Tahsildar.
- EWS candidates must provide EWS Certificate from the Village Officer as per G.O.(P)No.3/2024/P&ARD dated 25.04.2024.
