Candidates interested in the Overseer Grade 2 (Civil) post must meet the following eligibility requirements:
1. Age Limit:
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 36 years
- Only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 are eligible.
- Relaxation is allowed for SC, ST, and OBC candidates as per Kerala PSC rules. Maximum age under any concession cannot exceed 50 years.
2. Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering (recognized by the Government)
