- Cooperative Higher Diploma — HDC or HDC & BM from Kerala State Cooperative Union
- HDC or HDCM (one-year regular course) from National Council for Co-operative Training (NCCT)
- Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDC) — successfully completed Personal Co-operative Training Course from Sub-Board
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Co-operation & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University
