After the provisional OMR-based answer key is released, candidates who find discrepancies or have concerns can submit complaints online. This must be done through your OTR (One Time Registration) profile on the Kerala PSC website.
Process of Submission
- Submission Period: Complaints must be submitted within 5 days from the date of provisional answer key release. Both the first and last day are counted.
- Submission Mode: Only online submissions via OTR profile are accepted. Offline complaints will not be entertained.
- Review Process: Experts will review all valid complaints received within the stipulated period.
- Final Answer Key: After review, the final answer key, updated based on valid complaints, will be published on the Kerala PSC website and bulletin.
- Post-Final Key Complaints: Any complaints received after the final answer key publication will not be considered.
