Kerala PSC Technical Assistant Rank List 2026 – Important Notes & Guidelines
The Kerala Public Service Commission has released important instructions along with the Technical Assistant Ranked List. Candidates included in the merit list must carefully review the official guidelines regarding result status, validity period, OMR rechecking, photocopy requests, reservation claims, and relinquishment procedures.
Qualification Preference Criteria
Preference has been given to candidates holding a Diploma in Food Technology or higher qualification as per KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii). This qualification-based preference was applied during the preparation of the Technical Assistant Rank List.
Validity of Ranked List
The Kerala PSC Technical Assistant Ranked List will remain valid for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years, or until a new ranked list is published. Appointment advice will be made based on reported vacancies, reservation rules, and rotation norms. Inclusion in the ranked list does not guarantee appointment, as selection depends on vacancy availability.
OMR Answer Script Rechecking
Revaluation is not allowed. However, candidates may apply for OMR answer script rechecking through their One Time Registration (OTR) profile at the official website (www.keralapsc.gov.in) by paying Rs. 85 via e-payment.

Photocopy of OMR Answer Sheet
Candidates can request a photocopy of OMR Answer Sheets (Part A & Part B) by applying online through the OTR profile and paying Rs. 335 via e-payment.

Photocopies of invalidated OMR sheets will not be provided.

Legal action will be taken for applying for another candidate’s answer sheet.

Community & Reservation Claims
Community details listed in the Technical Assistant Ranked List are based on documents submitted by candidates. If any discrepancy is found, candidates must inform the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-III, Kerala PSC, Thiruvananthapuram – 695004 within one month from the publication date to claim eligible reservation benefits. Failure to report errors will result in advice as per the published list.
Relinquishment of Claim
Candidates wishing to relinquish their claim for appointment must submit the prescribed application format available on the official Kerala PSC website. The application must include:

Requests must be submitted within 15 days from ranked list publication and will be considered as per vacancy reporting rules.
Destruction of OMR Scripts
The A Part and B Part of OMR answer scripts will be destroyed after six months from the finalization of the last ranked list related to the common examination.
