Govt jobs are the most sought after jobs in India. Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) is the most desirable govt job organisation in Kerala. Kerala P.S.C. announced job notification to hire candidates who is completed 12th standard for the position of Women Civil Excise Officer. Candidates can apply for this post till 2018 3rd January.
- Candidates should not apply in more than one district.
- Special rank lists will be published for each district.
- Those who are in the same post in any district are not eligible to apply for this exam.
- NCC Cadets having `A’ `B’ & `C’ Certificates will be given weightage marks at the rate of 2%, 3% and 5% respectively
Physical Qualifications required:
(i) Physical: The minimum height shall be 152 cms, and in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST, the minimum height shall be 150 cms.
(ii) Endurance Test: All candidates shall successfully complete an endurance test of running 2 kilometres race within 15 minutes.
(iii) Physical Efficiency Test: Must qualify in any five events out of eight events specified below of the National Physical Efficiency Test (One Star Standard Test)
(iv) Physique and Eye Sight:
(i) Must be certified by a Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon/Junior consultant as to her physical fitness and capacity for active outdoor work. The Medical Certificate has to be produced as and when called for.
(ii) Must be certified to possess the visual standards specified below without glasses.
Important dates of examination:
- The test will be held on 24.02.2018.
- Physical Measurement and Endurance Test will be held in July 2018 and Physical Efficiency Test in September 2018.
