LIC HFL conducts exams for recruitment of the job posts such as Assistant, Associates, and Assistant Managers all over India. The selection process has three phases; the online test, which is conducted separately for all the three posts, then there is an interview and finally, the selected candidates have to undergo a medical examination. Each LIC HFL posts require its minimum educational qualification. In order to apply the candidates must meet these qualifications. For Assistant – 55% marks in degree, Associate – 60% marks in degree and Assistant Manager – 60% marks in degree and two-year full-time MMS/MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/PGDBM/PGDM in any discipline.
When it comes to the syllabus of LIC HFL, there are mainly four topics, i.e., Logic Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, and General Awareness. In the exams, you will get 50 questions each from each topic. A total number of 200 questions with total marks of 200. Every correct answer gets one mark each and ¼ marks get deducted for wrong answers. The candidates have 2 hours to complete their exam.
The LIC HFL results will be published on the official website of LIC HFL, stage-wise. The results are published zone-wise for all 9 zones for each stage. On the basis of the previous year’s exams, the cut-off marks of LIC HFL exams are decided according to the number of seats that are vacant and the range of the exam, i.e., whether it is difficult or not.
