NABARD SO Recruitment 2022 Selection Process
1: What does the acronym "ATM" stand for in banking?
The following procedure will be used to fill the positions of Solution Architect (Software), Database Analyst-cum-Designer, UI/UX Designer & Developer, Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack Java), Software Engineer (Full Stack Java), Business Intelligence Report Developer, and QA Engineer.
- Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:10 ratio based on their academic/education background, work experience, CV, skillset, and appropriate certification.
- The short-listed individuals will be given projects based on their job profiles. A screening interview will follow, which will focus on their project and other technical expertise relevant to their job profile. This will have a qualifying quality. Following this phase, candidates will be shortlisted for the following round at a ratio of 1:5.
- The screened candidates will go through one more interview before being chosen.
