According to the latest information, the NEET syllabus 2021 will not be changed this year. The syllabus would remain the same as the previous year for both JEE and NEET entrance examination. However, unlike the previous years, this year candidates will have more internal choices to answer the questions in JEE, NEET examination.
Education Minister Ramesh Pokhryal Nishnak hinted at a change in the pattern of the exam. ‘As the curriculum (for board exams) was cut by 30 percent due to Covid-19, therefore in the upcoming competitive examinations like JEE and NEET this year the candidates will have more options to answer the questions’, said the minister.
As per the official statement from the ministry, ‘the exact pattern for NEET 2021 is yet to be announced. However, in view of the reduction of the syllabus by some boards across the country, the NEET (UG) 2021 question paper will also have options on the lines of JEE (Main)’.
