Job Overview

What You’ll Work On

You’ll build software solutions for Nike’s design community, including:

• Designing, developing, and operating scalable software solutions for web, front-end, and cloud-native platforms

• Building responsive, accessible, and performant web experiences using modern front-end technologies and design systems

• Integrating cloud-native platforms, applications, APIs, and services using an API-first engineering approach

• Participating in Agile sprint ceremonies and working on assigned software tasks

• Collaborating with engineers, product managers, designers, and business partners

• Supporting the full software development lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence

• Improving usability, performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability across applications and backend services

What You Bring (Required Skills)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

• 0–2 years of software development experience

• Experience with React or Vue.js

• Experience with cloud architecture, DevOps, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and related tools

• Experience with AWS services: Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, and S3

• Experience with Mocha, Jasmine, and Jest

• Strong grasp of design patterns and computer science fundamentals

• Experience with modern architectures: REST, domain-driven design, and microservices

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships
