PNB Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria
An applicant must be an Indian citizen, a subject of Nepal, a subject of Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee who crossed into India before January 1, 1962, with the aim of establishing permanently there, or a person of Indian ancestry who crossed into India from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African nations of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the goal of residing permanently in India. All candidates who are not Indian citizens must be those in whose favour the Indian government has issued a certificate of eligibility.

Educational Qualification
The educational qualifications required for the positions are minimal. Candidates must have the aforementioned qualifications/work experience as of 01.07.2022 and must be able to produce Mark sheets and Provisional Certificate/ Degree Certificate issued by the Board/ University if called for an interview. PNB Recruitment 2022 Exam Pattern
If the bank decides to conduct an online test, the following will be included:

- One-fourth of the marks allotted to each question for which the candidate provided a false response will be subtracted as a penalty to arrive at the corrected score.
- Candidates who obtain the minimum qualifying marks as determined by the Bank in the Online Written Test will be considered for shortlisting for an Interview based on merit prepared based on the marks obtained in the Online Written Test, provided they meet the other eligibility criteria for the respective post in terms of educational qualification and post qualification work experience.
- Candidates must pass the Written/Online Test. The Bank will determine the cut-off for the online written test.
- Candidates will be provisionally selected for an appointment based on their aggregate scores in the Online Written Test and Interview. A candidate must pass both the Online Written Test and the interview to be considered for a subsequent provisional appointment.

PNB Recruitment 2022 Selection Process
The mode of selection will be determined by the Bank based on the number of applications received. This could be either of the following

The personal interview will be worth 50 points. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be 45 per cent, or 22.50 for SC/ST candidates, and 50 per cent, or 25 for all other candidates.
Candidates should be aware that if selected, they will be required to execute an Indemnity Bond with surety for a specified period of service with the bank, as outlined below. If he/she resigns from or leaves/abandon the service and/or fails to perform the duties assigned to him/her, resulting in the Bank terminating his/her service before the specified period, he/she will indemnify the bank for all losses, costs, charges, and expenses up to the bond amount. Before joining the Bank, selected officers must sign an indemnity bond.
