RRB Group D 2022 Apply Online

Railway Recruitment Board has decided to conduct examination for recruiting to several posts in the Group D section. The recruitment is organizing to fill 1,03,769  vacancies in various Technical departments like Electrical, Mechanical and others. The recruitment for the various post of Group D level 1, CEN No. RRC-01/2019 applications are out on the official website of RRB/RRC. The final RRB Group D application status was released on 06^th September 2019. The examination is postponed and the rescheduled dates were not yet released. The notification was released on 12^th March 2019 and; the online application date started on 12^th March 2019 and ended on 12^th April 2019. The closing date and time for payment of Application Fee (offline) and closing date and time for payment of Application Fee (online) is 18^th April 2019 at 13.00 hrs and 23^rd April 2019 at 13.00 hrs respectively. How to apply online for RRB Group D 2021?

The applications should be submitted only through online mode and the candidates can apply for the notified posts in accordance with their eligibility. The candidates should read all the instructions and information published in the official website of Indian Railway. Follow these steps to avoid mistakes:

1. From the online submission portal, the applicant have select the desired post for which they want to apply.
2. Click on the ‘Apply Here’ button.
3. Click on the ‘New Registration’ button.
4. Fill up the three sections of the Application form: Personal details, Uploading Photograph and Signature, and Educational Qualifications.
5. Pay your Application fee for the examination.
6. Check every details before you click ‘Submit’.
7. Please keep a copy of your Application form.

Documents needed during filling up the application form:

• Scanned documents should be kept in JPEG format.
• Candidate photograph: JPEG image of size 20 to 50KB colour passport size photo with light or white background. It should be in JPG/JPEG format scanned with 100 DPI resolution.
• Candidate Signature: JPEG image of size 10 to 40KB. It should be in JPG/JPEG format scanned with 100 DPI resolution.
• SC/ST Certificate (Only for candidates seeking Free Travel Pass): JPEG image of size 50 to 100KB regarding SC/ST Certificate.
• Scribe Photo (wherever applicable): JPEG image of size 20 to 50KB.

Points to be noted for the Online Submission of application:

a) Select the Railway in which you wish to apply. Please be aware that, once selected Railway cannot be changed after the preliminary registration is completed and the Registration number is allotted.

b) Confirm that you have read and understood the instructions clearly by clicking the checkbox. Click on the “New Registration”.

c) Registration Details: Enter your name, Date of Birth and Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Aadhaar Number, SSLC/Matric Registration Number, Year of Passing, Mobile Number and Email-ID and then submit for registration.

d) Candidates with ITI/NAC qualification alone can enter Registration number/year of passing for ITI/NAC qualification instead of SSLC/Matric. Before submitting for registration, ensure and confirm that all the information given above are correct.

e) Please note that the email ID used for the Registration must be yours and unique.

f) Verification of email ID and mobile number through OTP: On submitting the primary details, the Registration Number and Password shall be displayed to the candidate. Also, OTPs shall be sent to the registered Mobile Number and email along with the Registration details.

g) Candidates should note and preserve their Registration Number for later reference during the recruitment process and RRB/RRC will not entertain any request seeking registration number.

NB: The modification to the registration and application details can be done for a maximum two times only. The details entered for registration cannot be changed later.

h) In Part II of the application page, the candidate has to indicate his/her priority/preference of the posts. Set priority/ preferences for posts: If the candidate is eligible for more than one post based on his/her educational qualification and other details entered, he/she must set the priority/preferences for these posts. The list of posts (in the chosen Railway) for which a candidate is eligible is displayed. Similarly, if the chosen Railway has vacancies for more than one Railway, then vacancies for all such Railways for which a candidate is eligible, will be listed out. The candidate should fill their priority/preferences number in the textbox against each post that he/she is eligible for, in the Railway they are applying to.
