RRC Group D Syllabus 2022
It is important for the aspirants to check the RRC Group D Syllabus 2022 thoroughly before starting with the preparation. RRC Group D Syllabus consists of CBT 1 for a total of four subjects: General Awareness, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Science, and Mathematics.

RRC Group D Exam Pattern
As per the notification, the RRC Group D Exam consists of four stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT1 ).
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
- Document Verification.
- Medical Examination.
Candidates have to clear all the four stages to secure a Railway job.
RRC Group D Computer-Based Test (CBT 1)
All the candidates who want to appear for the exam must check the Railway Group D Exam Pattern. Candidates must qualify in the computer-based exam to get select for the next stage of the exam.
- The computer-based exam consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
- There are a total of 100 questions in the exam, each question consisting of 1 mark.
- The question paper will be conducted in 15 languages, candidates can give an exam in their regional language.
- The total time duration of the exam is 90 minutes and it is 120 minutes for PWD candidates.
- 1/3 mark will be reduced if the answer is found to be wrong.
Physical Efficiency Test
Physical Efficiency Test (PET), which is the second stage of the exam is qualifying in nature. Candidates who will get qualified in the computer-based test are called for the PET. Go through the table below to know the criteria for the physical efficiency test.

RRC Group D Document Verification (DV) of Candidates
Based on the performance of candidates in the CBT and physical efficiency test, candidates will be called for the document verification process.
- Shortlisted candidates need to produce a NOC from the employer on the day of final selection.
- All the documents should have an identical signature of the candidate, either in English or Hindi.
- The signature on the 10th official certificate should also match the candidate’s signature.
- The final selection of the candidates will be based on CBT, PET, and Document Verification.
It may also be noted that all candidates who successfully go through DV are sent for Medical Examination. The candidates will have to pass the Medical Exam conducted by the RRB to get the job.
