The Security Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced vacancies for the post of Grade A officer and Grade B officer respectively. SEBI Grade A
SEBI Grade A 2020 Prelims exam was scheduled to be held on 04th July 2020, has been postponed now. This is the third time that SEBI has extended the last date to apply for Grade A Officer due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation. The application fees are Rs.1000/- for unreserved candidates and Rs. 100/- for reserved candidates. SEBI is offering 147 vacancies for the post of the Assistant Manager for which candidates can apply online available on the official website. A Grade A Officer gets approximately Rs. 1,07,000/- per month without accommodation and Rs. 73,000/- per month with accommodation along with perks and allowances.
RBI Grade B
The application fee for General/ OBC/EWS is Rs.850/- and for reserved category it is Rs. 100/-. The staff of RBI need not pay for appearing for the exam. There is a total of 199 vacancies for various Grade B posts. The Pay Scale for the RBI grade B Officer is Rs. 35150-1750(9)-50900-EB-1750(2)-54400-2000(4)-62400. Apart from the Basic Pay, multiple emoluments such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family Allowance, Telephone Allowance, Conveyance Allowance etc. will also be provided.
