Educational Qualification for UPSC 2023 Exam
- Candidates must hold a graduate degree from a government-recognized or UGC-approved university.
- Graduation could take place in any field.
- Those in their final year of college are also eligible to register for UPSC. However, their degree results should release before the UPSC final examination.

- A candidate should be a Citizen of India/ Nepal/Bhutan
- Candidates should be any Tibetan refugee (should be settled here before Jan 1st, 1962)
- Candidates should migrated from Malawi, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Vietnam and Zaire.
