Kerala PSC Optometrist Grade 2 Rank List
Candidates possessing a pass in Pre-degree with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology OR Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as optional subjects or equivalent qualification. And also Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistants Course (2 Years) conducted by the Medical Colleges in Kerala or equivalent qualification was able to apply for the post.
The exam for the Optometrist Gr. II, in the Department of Health Services was conducted online on 04 January 2020. Then the shortlist list has been prepared by including the number of eligible and qualified candidates who have secured 76.33 marks and candidates who scored above cut off were included in the Main List of the Short List.
Now, the rank list has been released based on the marks obtained in the Online Examination and those who found suitable by the Commission and arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 29 April 2021. The main list of the rank list includes 90 candidates.

The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier
Candidates who wish to obtain a printout of their answer sheet relating to this selection shall remit the fees of Rs. 335/- in any of the Treasuries in the State (head of the account: 0051 PSC-800-State PSC-99-other receipts. The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission’s website along with the original challan should be submitted to the Joint Secretary (Online Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram – 4 within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List is uploaded.
The candidates who appeared for Online OTV have been provisionally included in the Ranked List as per Order No.GR6-2/50002/2018-KPSC, dated 09.04.2021.
