SSC CPO SI Vacancies 2022
1: In a certain code language, ‘ROK’ is written as ‘44’ and ‘MIG’ is written as ‘29’. What will be the code for ‘TAL’ in that code language?
There are a total of 4300 vacancies for the posts of Sub Inspectors. The post wise vacancies is as shown below:
- Sub-Inspector (GD) in CAPFs: 3960
- Sub-Inspector (Exe.) in Delhi Police-Male: 228
- Sub-Inspector (Exe.) in Delhi Police-Female: 112

SSC CPO SI Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must go through the eligibility criteria set by SSC to ensure that they satisfy all the required conditions. Applications of those who do not meet the criteria are bound to be rejected. Read on to know more about the eligibility criteria.
Education Qualification
Candidates should have completed a degree or Graduation in any Discipline or its equivalent from any UGC recognized university. For Sub Inspector positions in Delhi Police, male candidates must possess a valid Driving License for LMV.
Age Limit
The candidate’s age shall be between 20 years to 25 years as of 1st January, 2022. Applicants shall be born between 2nd January, 1997, and 1st January, 2002. The upper age limit relaxations according to the government norms are applicable. The age limit relaxation criteria are as follows:

Medical Standards
- Eyesight: Candidates should have a minimum near vision should be N6 (better eye) and N9 (worse eye). The applicants minimum distant vision should be 6/6 (better eye) and 6/9 (worse eye) of both eyes without any corrections.
- The applicants with knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes are ineligible.
- Examinees should possess high colour vision.
- All applicants must be in good bodily and mental health and free from any forms of physical defects.
- Any tattoo depicting religious symbols or figures and the name, as followed in the Indian Army is permitted. The tattoo that is less than ¼ of the particular part (Elbow or Hand) of the body will get a pass.
Nationality
Applicants should be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan. Those who are subjects of Bhutan or Nepal should have a certificate of eligibility which has been issued by the Government of India.
SSC CPO SI Application Process
- Applications have to be submitted through the official website – ssc.nic.in
- To start your application, one must register themselves in the SSC One Time Registration. To register yourselves with the SSC’s Application portal, click on the Register Now link provided in Login Section on the SSC website: Click Here.
- After completing the One Time Registration, the Registration Number will be displayed on the screen. The Registration Number and Password will be sent to your given mobile number and Email ID.
- Now you can log in to the SSC Official website through these Registration Numbers and password combinations: Click Here
- On the home page, Under the “Apply” tab click on the “CAPF” menu. On the opened tab you can find the ” Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination, 2021″ application line. Click on the link to start your application.
- Select whether you are in the EWS category or not, and three desired choices of examination centres.
- Fill in your highest completed education qualification.
- Check the declaration given at the page end, fill up the Captcha code, and click on the “I agree” checkbox.
- Preview and verify the given information and submit the Application.
- While there are no application fees for Female and Ur reserved Male candidates, the Male candidates belonging to the General and OBC category should pay Rs. 100 towards the application fees.
- The Application Fee can be paid through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit card or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
