Kerala Police Academy in Thrissur is to provide training and workshops for both newly recruited and service personnel. The Academy runs full-term basic courses for sub-inspectors, Armed Police Constables, Women constables, Telecommunication Police Constables, and Police Drivers. Kerala Police Academy: Police Constable
- Education Qualification: Candidates should have passed in the SSLC/ Matriculation or it’s equivalent from any recognized board.
- Age Limit: Candidates age shall be between 18 years-28 years. Age relaxations according to government norms are applicable.
- Eyesight:

(ii) Chest: 81 cm with a minimum expansion of 5 cm (76 cm for Sc/ ST candidates).
For Female Candidates, Height: 152 cm.

- Education Qualification: Candidates should have passed in the SSLC/ Matriculation or it’s equivalent from any recognized board. Aspirants must possess a current Heavy-Duty Vehicle License with Badge
- Age Limit: Candidates age shall be between 18 years to 26 years. Age relaxations according to the government norms are applicable.
- Physical Qualification: Candidates should have a minimum height of 160 cm. The Chest measurement should be 76 cm with a minimum expansion of 5 cm. Candidates hearing should be perfect.
